How long does hardwood floor installation take?
Most houses take 2–5 days, including prep, installation, and finish. The size of the area and the species change that.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. The walkthrough and the estimate are free, and there is no obligation to book.
What types of wood flooring do you install?
Oak, maple, cherry, walnut, and exotic species, plus engineered hardwood. We also install vinyl and tile.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Flanders Wood Floors & Construction is fully insured and licensed in New Jersey. NJ HIC 13VH01153400.
Do you provide warranties?
We stand behind the work. Warranty terms depend on the service and the material.
Can you refinish existing hardwood floors?
Yes. Refinishing and restoring floors that are already in the house is a core part of the work.

What if my town is not on the list?
Call. The printed list is Morris County and the towns around it. If you are nearby and do not see the town, the office line is the fastest way to know.
Do you only install floors?
No. Hardwood is the center of the company. The same crew also remodels kitchens and bathrooms, sets tile, and builds decks.
